BET surface analysis of nanoparticles
In certain cases, it is useful to have information about the BET surface of particles. We then perform a BET surface analysis of nanoparticles. This uses an inert gas adsorbed on the surface of a solid. In most cases, nitrogen is most effective, but for substances such as activated carbon and neoliths, a different kind of gas is needed.
